In our closed distribution states: AZ CO MA MT NJ OR PA & WA Homebuilders Coverage agrees to only accept residential homebuilder business from our Partnership Agencies. To be considered for a Partnership Agency a premium commitment is required. Please see the "Agency Appointment Process" in the Broker Kit below. In all other states, except those listed above, Homebuilders Coverage operates on an open Distribution basis where we will entertain business from any agency.
