The Mobile Park Insure program is designed for the comprehensive insurance needs of the Mobile Home Park. It provides coverage for property and liability including all common areas like swimming pools, playgrounds as well as mobile homes owned by the park.

- Liability for common areas including swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, mobile home dealer (if part of the park), and mobile homes owned by the park
- GL Enhancement Endorsement
- Property
- Coverage for property owned by the park
- Can include mobile homes owned by the park
- Endorsement to add Crime, Inland Marine and Equipment Breakdown coverage as needed
- Property Enhancement Endorsement
- Umbrella
- Limits up to $1,000,000
- Coverage will sit over GL, WC, Employee Benefit Liability and Commercial Auto
